Welcome to MimiGirly. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
2.2 Products and Limited Quantities
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products; however, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
2.3 Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
3.1 Processing and Handling
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3.2 Shipping Estimates

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
3.3 Customs, Duties, and Address Accuracy
MimiGirly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Important: Please double-check your shipping address. MimiGirly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes after processing.

4.1 90-Day Return Window
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4.2 Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us at mimigirlyofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4.3 Damages, Non-Returnable Items, and Refunds
Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Customer-Caused Damage: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or actions after delivery. Returns are only eligible if the product was received in a damaged or broken condition.
Non-Returnable: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom goods.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will only cover return shipping costs if the item arrives damaged or broken. In such cases, please contact us and provide photos of the damaged item so we can arrange the return or replacement.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 Information Collection
We collect personal information such as your name, shipping address, and email when you make a purchase. We also automatically collect your IP address and "Usage Data" through cookies to help us learn about your browser and operating system to improve our store experience.
5.2 Consent and Disclosure
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. In no case shall MimiGirly, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
